You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at [email protected] to ensure the desired item is available. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the replacement to you.
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags and packaging
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
